Delta Grodan Slabs

The final stage of planting with growing blocks are the Grodan slabs. These slabs come in clearly marked UV resistant poly sleeves for ease of use. Recommended for larger, long term crops with extensive roots like peppers, tomatoes, or cucumbers. Typically, seedlings in blocks are placed onto slabs. Grodan Expert is the slab that drains the fastest because of its vertical fibers. By far the most popular slab for the hydroponic hobbyist market. Grodan Master is a special wet/dry slab. The top layer is thicker, which stays wetter, while the bottom layer stays drier. In effect it defies gravity, allowing more even distribution of moisture throughout the slab.

Delta Gro-Blocks with Foil

Grodan Delta blocks are the most uniform blocks available on the market. They feature improved grooves at the base to promote better drainage. They are available in a large assortment of sizes and configurations to suit all types of plants. These growing blocks are used for direct sowing or "blocking on" of Macro and Multiblock raised plants. AO 36/40 plugs fit well into the hole sizes provided by the blocks. The blocks can then be placed on top of a slab to provide for a larger growing volume. Hugo is the largest of the growing blocks. It provides enough growing volume to support a larger plant, so it does not need to be placed on top of a slab.

Grodan Mini Grow Cubes

The product consists of small stonewool croutons about the size of a finger nail. When you use this potting mix the miniature cubes stack on top of each other and air pockets are created throughout the pot. Growcubes are difficult to over-water if the container has good drainage. The Growcubes are a light weight alternative to your regular potting mix. You can use the Growcubes in any size pot and in many different growing systems, such as ebb & flow, top watering, or just with a watering can. Good results have been seen even with continuous watering. The Growcubes do not need to be changed as they last for the life of your plant. If you are new to hydroponics, then this is the product you should choose. Complete with package instructions, Growcubes are easy to use and reasonably priced.

Grodan Granulate

Granulated rockwool can be used alone or as an amendment to organic based mixes. For example, the addition of water absorbant granulate to peat mixes at 25-50% volume, increases water holding capacity and aeration, improving plant growth and shelf life. The water repellent granulates are superior substitutes for aerators such as perlite or Styrofoam. The granulate is prilled for easy mixing. Granulated rockwool as potting mix - When you use granulated rockwool to pot up your plants, the great advantage is that you never have to change the mix. The rockwool will last for the life of your plant. Rockwool's high water holding capacity will enable you to go on vacation without worrying about your plants drying out.

Macro Plugs

These rockwool plugs feature a slit for easy insertion rooted cuttings. Ideal for growers using aeroponic EZ clone machines. They fit perfectly into the holes of any standard rockwool blocks, inserted into pebbles, or any other type of growing mediums.

Ready-Gro Aeration Formula

(4 to 6 waterings daily) is specifically designed for automated hydrogardens, and self-watering planters with small to midsize plants. This blend is lighter and contains higher air content than the moisture formula. It is virtually impossible to over water plants with this formula. Plants can sit in ReadyGro with 1 to 2 inches of water and, through the process of capillary feeding, hydrate and feed as needed.

Cocogro Premium Organic
Soilless Grow Media

COCOGRO has a very low salt content and is available in 1/2" double-sieved long fibers to reduce dust and give ample space within the mix. COCOGRO has excellent drainage properties and can be used over a longer period of time than coir fiber with shorter fibers. With longer fibers and reduced dust, growers will experience an optimal air to water ratio, which is vital for strong root development.
COCOGRO is unique because it is not chemically treated like other coir fibers on the market. COCOGRO is a superior coir fiber because it is aged a minimum of 18 months and has finished its decomposition stage. In addition, COCOGRO is exposed to rain water from at least three monsoon seasons, which naturally washes harmful salts from the final product. Most other coir fibers are only 4 to 5 months old and have excessive potassium and salts and thus have to be chemically treated.

BOSS Coir Fiber Grow Block

Cocogro BOSS is a Premium Soilless Organic Grow Media unique in its composition and is manufactured with extra washes to remove excess sodium. BOSS is made from 3/4" double sieved coir fibers for increased air space to the root zone. The fiber is aged 18 to 24 months and is fully decomposed to ensure no P.H. or E.C. drifts. BOSS is exceptional because of its multi-drain capability. It contains a coarse coir fiber mat on the bottom of the block to allow for free drainage and to keep coir fiber particles from draining out of the bag.
Each BOSS is compressed in a 5 to 1 ratio and is available in 6" X 6" and 8" X 8" bags. Another benefit Boss offers is its packaging. BOSS is wrapped in a horticultural grade poly bag that is white on the outside and black on the inside to insure a low temperature and no light to promote healthy root systems. Coco (Coir)

Coco substrate is light and stable and is one of the best mediums for providing oxygen to the roots of the growing plants.
